Mexico Altura Superior Washed – Whole Bean Coffee
Grown in the highlands of Mexico, this Altura Superior coffee represents the classic profile of Central American washed Arabica: clean, balanced, and easy to drink.
The beans are cultivated at high altitude, where slower maturation allows sugars to fully develop inside the cherry. After harvesting, the coffee undergoes a washed (wet) processing method, which removes the fruit pulp before drying. This results in a cleaner cup, brighter acidity, and well-defined flavor clarity.
In the cup you will find a smooth and approachable espresso with cocoa sweetness, light citrus freshness, and a gentle nutty finish. The body is medium, making it suitable both for straight espresso and milk-based drinks such as cappuccino and latte.
This coffee is particularly well-suited for cafés, offices, and HoReCa environments where consistency, drinkability, and reliability are essential.
